Pete, a young orphan, runs away to a Maine fishing town with his best friend, a lovable dragon named Elliott who can be invisible sometimes. After a lighthouse keeper takes them in, Elliott’s prank playing causes trouble, and crooked salesmen try to capture him for profit—forcing Pete to attempt a daring rescue.
