In early-1990s Melbourne, a group of neo-Nazi skinheads target local Vietnamese people, believing they’re defending racial purity. When the violence escalates, the targeted community fights back, and the group’s flight from consequences turns their world upside down—complicated further by a troubled woman with seizures.
