After their prison ship sinks in the Caribbean, a group of prisoners and a doctor wash ashore on an apparently empty island and are welcomed by a strange couple. As the prisoners plot an escape and the doctor investigates, they uncover the couple’s unsettling purpose, along with why people keep disappearing.
