A tone-deaf police detective is assigned to stop a crew of rogue percussionists who stage illegal, attention-grabbing “concerts” across the city using everyday places and objects as instruments. As the chase escalates, the case turns into a quirky cat-and-mouse game that questions what counts as music and who gets to control the noise.
