A suspected serial sex killer is on the loose, and a landscape gardener keeps getting tied to suspicious situations that the police are sure must mean guilt. An undercover policewoman is assigned to follow him and draw out behavior that could prove the truth, leading to nonstop misunderstandings and escalating mishaps.
