BEAUFORT follows a young outpost commander and his soldiers in the months before Israel withdraws from Lebanon. Rather than focusing on battle, it portrays retreat under relentless bombardment, with the men trapped on a mountaintop fort as they try to complete their mission despite fear and uncertainty.
