After discovering an injured man during a routine patrol, a deputy takes him to a rural hospital that’s running with a skeleton crew. But the patients and staff begin changing into something inhuman, and survival becomes a frantic fight as the remaining group heads into the hospital’s underground depths to stop the nightmare.
