A brutal drag-racing gang terrorizes a desert town in Arizona, forcing drivers to race for the chance to take their vehicles. After violence erupts, a mysterious rider and an invincible black car rise up to challenge the gang in hard-hitting races, taking matters into their own hands when local justice fails.
