An unemployed slacker and an amateur drummer hit the road after clashing with strict parents, then link up with a kindred spirit and quickly spiral into chaotic misadventures. After getting arrested for possession of marijuana and released, they keep causing trouble and eventually compete in a rock band contest with a raucous performance.
