After a botched robbery, a small-time crook flees across the rooftops of an industrial Italian neighborhood with the stolen cash. Cornered and out of options, he hides in a water tank and ends up stuck with an eccentric squatter who believes he’s a Native American, forcing an uneasy partnership that shifts his outlook.
