After a chaotic collapse in a New York–New Jersey tunnel, a small group of survivors finds themselves trapped amid flooding, fire, and dangerous hazards. With the tunnel still in danger, an experienced rescue figure leads them through the aftermath, racing against time to reach safety before everything gives way.
