In 1971 Portland, a charismatic leader runs with a peculiar group that steals from drugstores and hospital medicine cabinets to feed their addiction. As they stay one step ahead for a time, their luck runs out and law enforcement closes in, turning their uneasy routines into a grim, unsettling chase.
