Can’t say I wasn’t disappointed in Anaconda, after Tom Gormican’s Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent. Seems like too much money was spent on Rudd and Black and not enough on what makes the original entertaining. They really don’t take advantage of the fact they seem to be shooting in the rainforest (even if it’s Australia and not the Amazon). Still, it’s a good premise and a movie that has redeeming qualities. 🐍🐍.5 / 🐍🐍🐍🐍🐍.
