Marty Supreme is a gripping character study, but it’s also a sweeping epic about the American male ego. Safdie manages to create a world overflowing with life, not only from the great period production design, but the rich supporting cast as well. And Chalamet delivers on this hyped up performance. Wasn’t expecting to love this movie as much as I did. 🏓🏓🏓🏓.5 / 🏓🏓🏓🏓🏓.
