After losing his career as the famous hero Mecha Man, Robert Robertson is offered an unexpected second chance: a desk job at the Superhero Dispatch Network. As he adjusts to life behind a computer screen, he meets the dysfunctional Z-Team and discovers that managing heroes may be harder than being one.

Robert's first full day as a dispatcher begins. While learning the ropes, he must earn the trust of his unpredictable recruits and prove he can lead a team that nobody else wants. Personal relationships and workplace tensions start to emerge.

Rumors of a team cut throw the Z-Team into chaos. As rivalries flare and morale plummets, Robert is forced to make difficult decisions about who stays, who goes, and what kind of leader he wants to become.

With the roster shaken up, Robert must rebuild the team while navigating growing feelings for those around him. Professional responsibilities collide with personal connections as both his heart and his leadership are tested.
