Fredrik takes on a beautifully renovated penthouse listing where the owners have tremendously overspent on upgrades. In the same building, Steve hustles to sell his ex-girlfriend's color-challenged apartment and her next-door-neighbor's unit in record time. Meanwhile, Ryan has to get creative to sell out a Brooklyn building for a first-time developer or else his client could lose everything.
