Joel and Nish venture to Mexico to the land of Tarahumara; the legendary tribe people of north-western Mexico who are renowned for their long distance running ability, which Joel will attempt to achieve.

The duo head to Brazil where, under Nish Kumar's watchful eye, Joel Dommett will train with the Xavante and take part in a punishing relay race like no other.
