In the mid-1970s, two journalists travel to a remote mountain region to investigate unsettling livestock mutilations for a TV report. When the scientific team they planned to meet vanishes, they join a small group of locals and experts and head deeper into the snowy wilderness, chasing answers as danger closes in.
